By placing a pre-order with VALDÉORI, you agree to the following terms:

Deposit Amount: USD $150 per CUFF-STAY pair (approx. 25% of list price).

Full Refund Eligibility: You may cancel and receive a 100% refund any time before the “Production-Lock Notice” (see § 2).

How to Cancel: Click “Manage My Deposit” in your confirmation e-mail or e-mail concierge@valdeori.com—refund is processed to the original payment method within five (5) business days.

On 25 August 2025, we will email all deposit holders a “Production-Lock Notice.” Or a notification of an extended production-lock date.

The notice confirms quantities, estimated ship date, and marks the date at which deposits become non-refundable (except for the circumstances in § 4).

Customers who wish to cancel must do so before 11:59 p.m. CST on 24 August 2025.

Balance Due: USD $450 for Gold, $500 for Black and $325 for Silver (plus applicable sales tax) per pair.

Payment Timing: We e-mail an invoice when your order is ready to ship. Your credit card will be charged the balance due when shipped.

Non-Payment: If the balance is not paid by the due date, your order may be released to the next customer on the wait list and your deposit is forfeited.

If we cannot ship by 15 October 2025:

We will email a revised delivery date; at which point you may either (a) accept the new date, or (b) request an immediate full refund of your deposit—no questions asked.
